HHD Youth Programming

All children 18 months through high school
must be registered
and be Anshe Emet Members.

1st through 12th graders will focus on High Holy Day learning and Reflection!

Classrooms are open 9:30AM-1:30PM with programming occurring 10AM-1PM. 

Lunch will be provided each day for children 18 months through 6th grade. 

7th through 12th graders will have lunch on Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and Day 2.

For 8th through 12th graders: 
Teen focused programs sprinkled throughout the morning: Guest speakers, study with Rabbi Benjy and more! 

A Bagel Brunch will be provided on Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and Day 2. 

Madrichim placements: Support the synagogue and work with youth programing. Options are available 9:30AM-1:30PM. 

We are looking Anshe Emet members who are in 9th–12th grader to help with kids’ programming during Rosh Hashanah Days 1 & 2 and Yom Kippur. You can sign up for one-hour shifts on one, two, or all three days.

High Holy Days Childcare

18 MONTHS – KINDERGARTEN: Childcare (babysitting) will be available 9AM-1:30PM on Rosh Hashanah Day 1, Day 2, and Yom Kippur*. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Children will be visited by special guests who will read stories and blow shofar. 

*On Kol Nidre, we will have childcare available for children 18 months through 5th grade.

Children 7th grade and younger must stay in Youth Programming and/or Childcare (babysitting) until picked up by an adult.
