HHD Youth Programming

All children 18 months through high school
must be registered
and be Anshe Emet Members.

1st – 12th graders:
Have a great experience in Youth Programming that focuses on High Holy Day learning and connections to Olympics around the World!  Programming is available 9:30AM-1:30PM on Rosh Hashanah Day 1, Day 2 and Yom Kippur.

1st – 7th graders:
Enjoy programs including a Rosh Hashanah seder in which students will learn traditions from around the world, movement activities, and more! Lunch and snacks will be provided. 

8th – 12th graders:
Enjoy programs with guest speakers, including an Olympian, study sessions with Rabbi Benjy, and more! A Bagel Brunch will be provided on Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and Day 2.   

Madrichim Placement:
8th-12th graders have the option to volunteer to help support the synagogue and work with Youth Programming in a mentorship capacity. Options are available 9AM-1:30PM. Contact Hannah Kinsella if you are interested!

High Holy Days Childcare

18 Months – Kindergarten:
Childcare (babysitting) will be available 9AM-1:30PM on Rosh Hashanah Day 1, Day 2, and Yom Kippur*.  Lunch and snacks will be provided. Children will be visited by special guests who will read stories and blow shofar. 

*On Kol Nidre, we will have childcare available for children 18 months through 5th grade.  

Children 7th grade and younger must stay in Youth Programming and/or Childcare (babysitting) until picked up by an adult.
