Anshe Eats is the Jewish Food Lab at Anshe Emet Synagogue and is dedicated to celebrating the tastes and traditions of Jewish cuisine.
By celebrating global Jewish food traditions, Anshe Eats is not only preserving cultural heritage, but also creating opportunities for you to engage with, and experience, the sensory pleasures of Jewish culinary arts.
Anshe Eats strives to create educational, delicious, and experiential opportunities for all!
As we celebrate food, we remember that 1 in 5 Jewish households in the Greater Chicagoland area struggle to make ends meet. Anshe Eats proudly partners with the ARK, which provides kosher food, personal care products, and household essentials to more than 2,500 Jewish families.
If you have any specific events, programs, or recipes in mind that you’d like us to know about, or if you need help with anything related to Jewish food and culture, feel free to ask Mali Bires.
