Renowned Chef Laura Frankel will lead us in a Shavuot cheesecake demo. Laura is a noted kosher chef and Culinary Director for Jamie Geller’s Test Kitchen and Kosher Network, she is also the founder of Shallot’s restaurant in Chicago, Skokie and New York. This program is open to the community.
