As a former student, Rabbi Arthur Green is one of the foremost scholars of Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel. Rabbi Siegel will engage with Rabbi Green on Heschel’s legacy at his 50th Yahrzeit by focusing on his mission to share the wisdom and passion of Hasadism as well as a vision of a God who needs humankind. On this evening, we will pay tribute to the memory of one Rabbi Heschel’s most gifted and devoted students: Rabbi Byron Sherwin.
