 Rhythm and Jews!

“A little bit of light is able to push off a lot of darkness.” Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi

As we enter Hanukkah, we are reminded that even the smallest light has the power to transform the world around us. Each night of the holiday calls us not only to illuminate our homes but also to bring light into the lives of others. Many in our community and beyond are facing hardship, hunger, displacement, or isolation, and this season invites us to respond with compassion and generosity.

In that spirit, we encourage you to join us in supporting a range of organizations whose work reflects the hope and resilience of Hanukkah. Each night below highlights partners doing meaningful work across Chicago and throughout the world. We invite you to learn, engage, and give as you are able. Together, our collective light can brighten even the darkest places.
