Fight2Feed rescues food and prepares meals for those in underserved and homeless communities. They don’t have the capacity to prepare a baked good to add to the meal, but their clients love receiving something made with love by volunteers in the community.
All we ask is that you make a sweet treat, cookies with sprinkles would be dandy, just no nuts please! And to try to keep the size small enough to fit into the 2″ x 2″ space in the individual boxed meal. But don’t stress if it’s bigger, they will make it work!
We are asking for each set to have approximately 100 cookies – probably the equivalent of 2 batches (more or less). So each person’s signup equals 100 sweets. They serve 600-800 meals weekly, sometimes more.
