Let’s sing a new song together! Anyone who loves to sing in Kindergarten through 4 grade is invited to join Cantor Josh Rosenberg for rehearsals on Sundays, 12:15PM-1PM, when religious school is in session. We’ll lead musical moments throughout the year for the Anshe Emet community, including on Erev Rosh Hashanah, Neilah, Friday evening Shabbat services, and more! Older kids in the group will have solo and small group opportunities as well. Reach out to Cantor Josh Rosenberg to learn more – we’d love to add your voice!
Youth Choir Schedule:
Led by Cantor Rachel Brook.
Are you a middle schooler who loves to sing? Inviting all aspiring choir members to join Cantor Brook for rehearsals this fall, in preparation to perform in our annual Kaplan Concert on Sunday, December 7. This year we will be celebrating the music of the great lights of Broadway!
Led by Tory May.
If you love to express yourself through music and you love to sing, then Shireinu, Anshe Emet’s Congregational Choir, is for you! We participate in four Friday night services a year, as well as special events. You don’t have to have choral experience or know how to read music – just the desire to sing and have fun.
This year, Shireinu is scheduled to sing during the Blum service for the first day of Rosh Hashanah on September 23, and for the following Friday evening services: October 10, December 12, February 20, and April 10. Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings from 6-7PM. If you would like more information, please contact Tory May and she will be happy to answer any questions you have.
Led by Jeremy Berkun.
