Please donate to The Ark! For your convenience, you can find physical copies of The Ark’s comprehensive list of kosher food, household essentials, and personal care items needed this holiday season at the Anshe Emet Congregation Concierge Desk starting Friday, September 15 or on the AES website. You may also pick up paper bags for all the contents you wish to donate. All food donations must be certified kosher and have six months before expiration. Throughout the High Holy Days, you may place your donations and filled paper bags in black bins stationed along each entrance to the building.
Together, we can pack the pantry and directly help
those in our community who need it most!
To get involved, visit arkchicago.org/pantrycollectionlist and pick up much needed items on your next shopping trip. For more information about The Ark and its programs serving the Chicagoland Jewish community, visit arkchicago.org.
More than 2,500 Jewish individuals and families rely on The Ark’s pantries in Chicago and Northbrook for access to kosher food, personal care products, and household essentials. This impact is made possible solely through the generosity of the community, with up to 40% of The Ark’s pantry inventory collected through donations during the High Holy Day season.
