This year, the Lerner’s of Anshe Emet will embark upon a journey of studying Pirkei Avot (“Ethics of our Sages/Fathers”). This repository of timeless Jewish wisdom remains as relevant as ever, offering sage advice to help us navigate our complex world. We will study the 2,000-year-old teachings of Pirkei Avot, as well as a variety of commentaries spanning various time periods. As always, come ready to learn, share, and discuss—all lerners of all backgrounds welcome! Named in memory of Shelby Lerner z”l.
