Meeting three times each semester, the group gathers in person at the synagogue in the fall and by Zoom in the winter.
Our long-time facilitator, Rachel Jacobsohn, adds a level of depth, historically relevant information and the connective force that leads to interesting and informative discussions. Rachel has been a professional reading group leader for the last twenty years. She is president of the Association of Book Group Readers and Leaders, and publisher of that organization’s newsletter, Reverberations.
Recent selections have included Orbital, Waking Lions, and Culpability.
Sisterhood members enjoy three book discussions for $75.00 each semester. Our three books to be discussed this fall, September 3, November 5 and December 3, 2026, will be revealed this summer.
