Shemini Atzeret & Simchat Torah

9:30 AM | Shemini Atzeret Festival Service & Yizkor

GESHEM (The Annual Prayer for Rain): Hazzan Mizrahi uses the music of his teacher, the late great Moshe Ganchoff, to improvise his way through this unique and beautiful prayer. Come pray with us and sing the refrain that comes only once a year.

5:30 PM | Erev Simchat Torah

Join us for our Sixth Annual Anshe Emet Simchat Torah Celebration, Kidz Style, on Monday, October 1. We'll have dinner at 5:30 pm, followed at 6:00 pm by our service with so much singing and dancing with the Torah that your feet and throat will hurt (in a good, fun kind of way!). Then we will have the exciting opportunity to hear students, 2nd grade and older, read from the Torah itself!

If you have a 2nd grade student and older who would like to read Torah, please email Naomi weiss. Our younger students will open and close the Ark as we begin and conclude the Torah service.

Register today for our Erev Simchat Torah dinner.

We are looking forward to singing and celebrating with you!
