Laura Frankel, author of 2 cookbooks, and contributor to multiple cooking magazines, and the former Executive Chef at Wolfgang Puck Catering and Culinary Director for Kosher Media International, will spend a Sunday afternoon cooking and providing samples with the Anshe Emet Sisterhood in anticipation of Pesach!
Plus, Karen Rose, RN, local olive oil expert and owner of City Olive, will lead us in olive oil tasting and a discussion of the health benefits of EVOO.
