Anshe Emet Synagogue has a prestigious and lengthy history in the world of Jewish liturgical music. Anshe Emet has benefited from the distinguished leadership of some of the world’s most preeminent cantors and musicians. The synagogue has been privileged to share the gift of Hazzan Alberto Mizrahi, one of the world’s leading interpreters of Jewish music, with the congregation and worldwide for 30 years. Anshe Emet is fortunate to include Hazzan Elizabeth Berke in its sacred music department as Hazzan Sheni and Director of Continuing Education.

To the Religious School and all the Anshe Emet children,
We created this brand-new Hanukkah song just for you. We hope that it brings you warmth and strength during this difficult time. Most importantly, have fun singing it.
Although this was created online, we hope that we can gather in person to sing it as a community next year.
With Love,
