Yoni Avitan is co-CEO of IGY, the Israeli LGBTQ+ youth & young adults organization. Yoni joined IGY five years ago, as Regional director, then stepped into the position of National Director of Youth Programs. Before joining IGY, Yoni worked as the Central Shaliach of USY in NA. Prior to that, he was the Educational Director and Summer Camp director at NOAM, the Israeli Masorti youth movement. Yoni holds a BA in Political Science and Jewish Philosophy, and a master’s degree in Gender Studies.
There will also be an ASL Interpreter present during service.
