Oshrit Raffeld was born and raised in Jerusalem.
She specializes in the design and illumination of ketubot, megillot, scripture and blessings, using gouache colors on parchment and paper.
She works on silver and glass as well, decorating Judaica articles such as mezuzot, and Shabbat trays.
Her eye-catching spectrum of colors, enhanced by delicate forms and sketches.
The texts appear in both Hebrew and English.
Her traditional religious upbringing serves as background and knowledge for her creative style.
Her love ofJewish values, custom and heritage inspires her art continually.
Oshrit’s works have been displayed at various art exhibitions and private collections throughout the USA and Europe.
