The 20th Annual Dr. Arnold H. Kaplan Concert

Cantor Rachel Brook and Anshe Emet Synagogue Present the 20th Annual Dr. Arnold H. Kaplan Concert: RICHARD TUCKER’S LEGACY: A CHICAGO CELEBRATION in Anshe Emet’s Historic Main Sanctuary.

Among the world’s greatest opera singers, Richard Tucker mesmerized Chicago audiences with magnificent performances of classical, religious and popular music. His enormous contributions to the arts and humanity continue to benefit the Chicago community across the Jewish and secular musical spectrum.

Recapturing Tucker’s magic, Cantor Brook’s curation will feature an iconic cast led by our own Cantor Rachel Brook, including Grammy nominated artist and Metropolitan Opera Star Matthew Polenzani, and two Grammy Award winning artists: Metropolitan Opera Star Angel Blue, and Montreal, CA Cantor Gideon Zelermyer.

Net proceeds from the Kaplan Concert will benefit the Anshe Emet Scholarship Fund, subsidizing religious school tuition and youth programs for families needing support.
