DESCRIPTION:Sisterhood cordially invites everyone\, from absolute beginners
  to experienced yogis\, to this special Tefilla Yoga practice. \nJoin us t
 o experience the intriguing intersections of the wisdom of these two ancie
 nt traditions. We will incorporate prayers from the evening Ma’ariv serv
 ice with gentle and restorative yoga poses. The 90-minute session will off
 er a respite from the weekday grind and provide participants with a unique
  way to relax.\nOur guide for the evening will be Rabbi Heather Altman\, a
  certified yoga instructor (RYT-500)\, trauma &amp\; somatic healing speci
 alist\, spiritual director\, and former Anshe Emet rabbi. While a rabbi at
  Anshe Emet from 2003-2005 (full-time) and 2005-2017 (part-time). Heather 
 was affectionately dubbed Rav Yoga.&nbsp\; She created and led Tefilla Yog
 a Shabbat morning services at Anshe Emet from 2005-2017 and led Tefilla Yo
 ga in residencies nationwide.\nPlease bring your yoga mat (or borrow one o
 f ours) and water\, and dress in layers for your comfort.\nSisterhood is p
 leased to offer this event to the entire Anshe Emet community at no cost\,
