Ellie Waters is a makeup artist, hairstylist and creative director currently living in the Chicagoland area. She has been in this line of work for over 14 years, and would like to share her beauty secrets and suggestions with you live and on camera. She returned from working in Istanbul, Turkey a year and a half ago after assisting the international community with their makeup, skincare, and hair concerns.
