Family Services:

Friday Night Service and Dinner: For families with children age eight and younger (but all are welcome), this service and dinner meets on the first Friday of the month at 6:00 p.m.

Reservations are required for each dinner one week prior to the event, please contact Arielle Dachman at 773-868-5152 to save your spot!

Shalom Shabbat: For families with children age four and younger, this service meets on the second and fourth Shabbat of every month at 10:00 a.m.

Shachar Service: For families with children age five to eight, this service meets on the second and fourth Shabbat of every month at 11:00 a.m.

Family Programs:

Got Shabbat: For families with children age eight and younger (but all are welcome), this program meets on the third Saturday of the month from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. The next Got Shabbat will be on Saturday, February 21, 2009.

New mom’s Playgroups: Names and availability are been collected now to form new groups. Contact Max Handelman at (773)929-2648 to become part of a group.             

Anshe Emet B'yachad Babies: Come meet other new moms and dads in the Anshe Emet community! Your new baby (ages 0-1) will love getting to know Anshe Emet Synagogue, meeting other new babies, and just having fun at our monthly playgroup in a new space. Feel free to bring toys to share and kosher snacks for yourself and your baby. Our playgroup will meet on the first and third Monday of each month from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
Upcoming dates include: Monday, April 6, 20 and May 4, 18.
Parental supervision of your child(ren) is required for the duration of this activity—this is not a drop-off program.
