Prayer Curriculum
Prayer is an essential component of the curriculum here at the Joseph and Belle Braun Religious school. The philosophy of our prayer curriculum is that all our students will have the chance to learn and lead Kabbalat Shabbat and weekday Mincha by the time they graduate religious school.
On a Friday evening of most months during the school year, we invite all school families to share in the congregational service with prayer-leading by designated grades and a traditional Shabbat dinner. This is the perfect opportunity for the students to show off their prayer leading skills and for the whole family to connect with their Jewish community.
In order to help your child master the prayers for their grade level, and prepare them to lead the services themselves for the congregation and their families, we have uploaded the prayer curriculum in convenient mp3 format.
CD versions are still available upon request.
