Youth Services

Shalom Shabbat 10:00 a.m. (each Saturday – except the 5th Saturday of the month)

Shalom Shabbat provides a interactive Shabbat worship experience for families with children four years old and younger. Sing, dance, and hear stories as you learn about Shabbat with your children. Led by Maxine Handelman and Heather Aranyi.

Shachar Service 11:00 a.m. (2nd and 4th Saturday of the month)

Shachar is for families with children who are in kindergarten to second grade. This service incorporates tefillah, stories and music. Children are invited to read Torah and learn together, and parents may join the adult study session. Led by Maxine Handelman.

Machar/Kadima at 11:00 a.m. (2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month)

This service welcomes children to daven together and engage in meaningful discussion about text, giving them the love and skills to fully participate in Saturday morning tefillot.  Children will have the opportunity to chant from Torah.  This service is for 3rd through 7th graders.
