Strategic Plan

Our Kehilla – Anshe Emet's Strategic Plan 

During 2011, we engaged in a dynamic project with our clergy, lay leaders, members at large and broader Jewish community to transform Anshe Emet into the most engaged and engaging Jewish community in America.

We heard that our community wants a participatory Shabbat home, a learning-centric environment, an active group of lay leaders, and a broader and more dynamic array of services and programs to meet our evolving needs. If, through this process, we have involved more people in a meaningful connection to Anshe Emet, to one another and to Jewish life, we will have been successful.

The elements of our plan are quite simple. And yet together they form the cornerstone of our communal life: a welcoming culture; enhanced worship opportunities, adult engagement, and youth engagement.

It has been gratifying to see the members of our community come together, provide feedback, roll up their sleeves and help move us forward. It is now time for us all to own the next stage of our synagogue's life. We look forward to involving all of you in our kehilla.
